1. Refund Policy

  1. Cancel reservation:
    • If you need to cancel your travel reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The exact refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation and the specific circumstances.
    • Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: Full refund.
    • Cancel 15-30 days in advance: Refund 80%.
    • Cancel 7-14 days in advance: Refund 50%.
    • Cancel within 7 days in advance: No refund will be given.
  2. Special circumstances:
    • If your trip is cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government bans, etc.), we will refund the full amount.

2. Cancellation Procedure

  1. Request a cancellation:
    • Please contact our customer service team by phone or email to request a cancellation and provide your reservation number and relevant information.
  2. Processing time:
    • We will process your cancellation request within 7 working days after receiving it. The refund will be returned to your payment account.
